Industries / Textile & dyeing

Textile and dyeing effluent treatment. ETP and ZLD systems for dyeing, processing and washing units.

What makes textile & dyeing effluent difficult

Colour

Reactive and other dyes give colour that biology alone does not remove.

High TDS

Salts from dyeing pass straight through conventional treatment.

Temperature and pH

Hot, alkaline discharges need cooling and balancing first.

Where chemicals are needed

Colour removal from dyeing effluent needs a chemical step. We tell you upfront, size it to your dye load, and keep the rest of the plant biological.

What you get

  • Site audit and effluent analysis before any design
  • Process design and DPR sized to your flow and board discharge norms
  • Clarifiers and MGF + ACF filters supplied by us
  • Installation supervision by our engineers
  • Commissioning by our engineers, guaranteed to work at the agreed design flow and load
  • Board queries answered by us: any pollution control board question about our design or equipment

Questions

Does my dyeing unit need ZLD?

It depends on your state board and location. Many textile clusters now require it. We check the discharge norms that apply to your unit and design for them.

Can my existing textile ETP be upgraded to ZLD?

Usually yes. We build on the working stages and add what is missing, rather than starting over.
